DISCOVerY is a project on equality, diversity and inclusion at London South Bank University. DISCOVerY aims to understand the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on marginalised researchers. We take an intersectional approach, looking at how disability interacts with other minoritised characteristics. We are focusing on disabled researchers who also identify as female, carers or from an ethnic minority. We are also looking for ALL researchers to take part regardless of belonging to a marginalised group.
For all researchers

For policymakers
Are you involved in policymaking in a research setting? Or championing EDI in your organisation? If so you may be interested in our “minoritised researchers toolkit” - one of the key outputs of our research. The aim of the toolkit is to help organisations create the right conditions for all staff to thrive in their research careers, regardless of intersectional issues.
